Since 1989, Mid-Atlantic Custom Builders has carved a very unique niche in Lake Norman's discrimitive home building industry. Over 350 homes later, Ray Short, the company's owner, has decided to raise his already high standards a little further. Thus giving birth to Lake Luxury Homes, "european designs with old world charm". Same great company as Mid-Atlantic Custom Builders, just a change in attitude.
Mid-Atlantic Custom Builders and Lake Luxury Homes will be working together using the same quality subcontractors and suppliers to achieve what others only dream of-Success!
Mid-Atlantic Custom Builders will primarily build in Walden Ridge expanded Frank Betz home plans with custom design changes. Lake Luxury Homes has teamed up with "Old World" design wizard J. J. Barja and Elite Design Group to capture the awe and excitement of today's most discrimitive buyer's in our "gated" Cobblestone development.
